There are two types of rod ends: oil lubricated type and oilless type.
The oil lubricated type is suitably applied to diverting loads, etc. JMC bearings design and manufacture JF with re-lubrication feed and grease nipples for grease injection.
Since bearing greater than JF20 are large in size, they are subjected to higher loads. In this case, a special spherical plain bearing is manufactured and inserted by taking load and tilting angle into special consideration.

Since duty of bearings greater than JF20 are high, spherical plains are inserted to endure such duty, compared to previous products where brass alloy BUSH and BALL are combined.
Since housing and ball used for this spherical plains are manufactured using heat treated high carbon chromium bearing steel, you can safely use the bearing safely under heavy load.

Inch type rod ends manufactured by JMC are oil lubricated types.

Oilless inch types are manufactured upon demand.
