NJ series is composed with inner ring, outer ring, needle roller and cage.

Polyamide is used for material of cage, allowing the bearing suitable for high rotation speed and heavy load.

The series is further categorized into NJ, NU, NUP and N types according to designed structures. In all types, the inner ring and the outer ring and separable, allowing grinded shaft to be directly inserted for operation. 

NK series are basic needle roller bearings assembled with outer ring manufactured using heat treated high carbon chromium bearing, needle roller and carbon steel cage.

NK series has a low section height to save application space. If grinded shaft can not be used, you can attach inner ring as required for usage.

You can install oil hole and groove for filling grease on outer ring of NK (14/16 ~ 55/35) produced by our company to conveniently fill grease.

NK bearings can be used in various environments such as medium load and high-speed rotation. 

NA49 series are basic needle roller bearings with assembled outer ring, cage and needle roller. The inner ring is separable.

Since their friction coefficient is higher than that of ball bearings, they can endure heavy load. Moreover, a cage is present that prevents the needle rollers from making contact with each other. Therefore, high speed rotation is possible for certain load.

That is, even if under heavy load, if the contact surface is large enough, local plastic deformation caused by contact surface stress on trajectory of rolling bodies and needle friction area exceeding elastic limit of the material, in other words indentation, is smaller than ball bearing, Therefore, it can be used on a wide variety of applications including light and medium load.

In addition, needle roller bearings can be used for various applications since the space occupied by the application area is small.

Moreover RNA49, an outer ring assembly without an inner ring, is designed to be assembled directly onto the shaft and is also suitable for light intermittent motions.

A variety of usages includes automobile transmissions, universal joints, printing machines, reducers, crank shafts of small engines, piston pins, air pumps, electromagnetic clutches and hydraulic machines.

NAST series are yoke type bearings that have been developed to satisfy customer needs which requires track roller bearings with good load endurance and relative high rotation speed.

This type is one of JMC’s standards and is composed of inner, outer rings and precision cage.

NAST.. types do not have side fixing ring. On the other hand, NAST..ZZ types have two side fixing rings on both sides. Arrangement of side fixing rings that guide the outer ring differ from NART.. type.

Fixing rings of NART.. types are compressed to the inner ring, preventing the roller from being erparated.

On the other hand fixing rings of NAST types are loosely assembled, letting the roller to be separated.

Moreover, the cage with inserted needle may also be separated. RNAST.. types are supplied without inner rings. You can directly use them on shafts or housings. 

Yoke type track roller NUTR type is a NART, filling type without cage.

Available inner diameter dimension is from 15mm. For the NUTR type, there are two different outer radius types for each inner radius.
For example, NUTR15-35 and NUTR15-42.

NUTR..R has spherical outer ring whereas NUTR..SL has cylindrical outer ring.

For NUTR, design reinforcements have been made so that cylindrical needle rollers are arranged in double line without cage, allowing the product to endure heavy static load and simultaneously endure repetitive impulse load.

Side fixing ring that guides direction of outer ring and shift and snap ring (fixing core) prevents them from being separated to each other.

The fixing core also works as a sealant that prevents pollution.

When assembling the product, be sure to mount the oil filling hole in the direction opposite to the load point in order not to let it subject to any load.

The NART series is a cage-inserting type that allows the needle to rotate smoothly at high speeds in which the inner and outer rings are not separated, and a needle filling type that allows heavy loads to withstand relatively low speed rotation.

It is made from 5mm inner diameter standard and has NART..R type of spherical outer ring shape.

UU type with rubber seal is also available.

The lubrication interval varies depending on the conditions of use, but it is 6 months to 2 years for cages and 6 months for filled types.

For lubrication, refuel with high-temperature-resistant Albanian grease through the fill port.

When mounting the NART, be sure to mount the oil filler in the direction opposite to the load point so as not to receive the load.
