These spherical bearings are medium duty self-aligning sliding bearings that are manufactured using first by heat treating high carbon chromium bearing steel (SUJ2), which are then grinded, phosphate coated and assembled.

SB bearings are wider and thicker compared to GE, therefore it is better suited for enduring heavier loads.

Generally, lubrication oil should be supplied regularly. Lithium-based grease containing molybdenum is recommended.

Bearings of this type are able to load heavy radial loads and specific thrust load in both directions simultaneously and are strong against impulse load. Therefore they are suitable for low speed medium load tilting parts which can be installed for hydraulic cylinder end connection of various construction equipments and for suspension of trucks.

Especially, GE...2RS is a seal-attached type with a dustproof Sealant Applied on both sides.

JETS series are bearings with custom ordered specifications which are manufactured using stainless steel and whose contact surface of the outer ring contains non-lubrication material coated with stainless steel mesh basis.

JETS series are suitable for chemical applications and can prevent rust and corrosion even in water.

The outer ring is manufactured using steel but is not heat treated.

Therefore, when fitting into the groove, care should be taken as with JS to prevent damage to the outer ring.

JET, developed by JMC, are designed to be used in a small area with minimized international standards.

Non-lubricating material is contained within the contact surface of the outer ring, in other words, the ball and the friction portion, to act a buffer and allow operation without noise even when the bearing transmits tilting motion that gives impulse.

They can be used semi-permanently even if oil is not supplied since it has excellent abrasion resistance and slip component.

If lubrication oil is supplied regularly, the product will work smoothly and permanently.

The outer ring is manufactured using steel but is not heat treated. Therefore, when fitting into the groove, care should be taken to prevent damage.

Although sufficient clearance is set between inner ring (ball) and outer ring (housing), the ball should be able to freely rotate by loosely fitting the housing or shaft of the inner ring.

Incorrect assembly may cause malfunction of the equipment.

Surface of the ball is mirror machined and bush made of brass alloy is present between ball and outer ring, showing excellent abrasion resistance and is suitable for poor alignment.
